I just listened to Dave Vandermeer’s book also. What a dream! I’m 63 and started trapping about 8 years ago. I’ve absolutely fell in love with it and can only wish that I found it sooner. This year I’ve almost given up deer hunting, something I’ve done since I was a kid and loved to do, so that I can devote myself full time to trapping., I was lucky enough to retire at age 62, I’ve been having a blast! I sit and dream about what it would have been like to live the life. As always, great podcast and a great website!
